Saving Theresa unlocks the Cavalier achievement in Kingdom Come: Deliverance. Attacking them works too, but we suggest whistling to avoid a direct confrontation. You can choose to help save Theresa from the Cuman attackers by either whistling (press Y on Xbox or Triangle on PS4) to get their attention.
