Some interactions, such as the stabbing, will leave your Sim bloody and needing to be cleaned up, while others, such as ranged shooting, will not leave your Sim bloody but will leave a pool of blood on the floor. There are a few different options for killing Sims. You can shoot Sims, stab them in the gut, or stab them in the chest. You can have your Sim do deadly interactions, or they can do non-deadly interactions where their victim has a chance of surviving.
